This is an easy preparation. This is also a versatile dish as this can be served with many kinds of main dishes. Today I am going to pan fry the chicken and serve it with boiled noodles.

1. Wash 4 chicken breasts. Prick the breast with a large fork. So that the masala will seep through the flesh. Add ½ teaspoon chili powder,½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt and ½ cup yogurt and mix well. Leave it to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator in a zip lock bag, glass dish, ceramic or stainless steel dish covered.

2. Heat 4 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Put the piece of chicken and lower the heat to medium.
Cook for 7 minutes on each side. After you place the chicken in pan  give a stir so that the chicken does not stick to the pan.If you cover and fry it will be faster. Cook on medium heat. Cooking time may vary.

3. In a medium sized sauce pan add water to fill half of the pan. Bring the water to a boil. Add 4 packets of  noodles and the seasoning that comes with the noodle packet.
Cook on high heat for three minutes.
Turn of the heat and let the noodles rest for 2 minutes.
Drain and wash with cold water.Serve the noodles on a plate and put fried chicken on top. Top it with the sauce.

1 cup curry sauce
