Onions are a very good source of biotin, manganese, vitamin B6, copper, vitamin C, dietary fiber, phosphorus, potassium, folate, and vitamin B1.
Onion is a condiment which we use for curries,stews,salads,and soups. Today I am going to make onion as the main ingredient for my recipe. Raw onion with green chili and yogurt serves as an accompaniment for rice.It will be very nice with plain rice or biryani.

wash and slice 125 grams onions
Cut 3 mini capsicums into small pieces
Cut 1 green chili into fine pieces

Method
Mix all onion, chilies,1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tea spoon pepper powder  salt including 3 table spoons  yogurt.Taste for seasoning.
