Tasty roast chicken baguette sandwich

Today I will be making a chicken sandwich with baguette bread. This is a very quick and easy recipe. It is a filling sandwich. I am using one mild green chili. If you don’t like chili you can leave it out. The taste will be fine.

Preparation

Ingredients

Use a fork to pull the chicken into small strands.

Separate the salad leaves wash, dry and set aside.






Method

Mix well the pulled 1 roast chicken, 
3 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 onion chopped fine,1 mild green chili seeded and chopped fine, 5 cherry tomatoes quartered, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper.




Taste for seasoning and adjust.

Slice 1 loaf baguette horizontally in the middle. Stop before you reach the end, so that the two pieces will be attached together.
cut into 3 parts.

Lay the salad leaf in the cut part and fill with the chicken mix.

Tasty roast chicken baguette sandwich is ready.

This is a complete meal by itself. Children and adults will love it. Here I am using a canned mushroom soup
