Mild luffa curry

Today I am going to make a mild curry that can be taken with rice or bread.

1. Peel the luffa with a potato peeler. Slice into ½ inch cubes. Slice 1 leek lengthwise into half inch slices.
2. In a large saucepan or a wok heat 3 tablespoon vegetable oil. When the oil is hot add 1 onion chopped coarsely, 10 curry leaves chopped, 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds, ½ inch ginger chopped fine and 3 cloves garlic sliced thinly and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add 1 green chili seeded sliced thinly and leek pieces and fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add luffa pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and ½ teaspoon salt and fry for 2 minutes.
6.Add 1 cup coconut milk, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
Mild luffa curry is ready.

5. Add luffa pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and ½ teaspoon salt and fry for 2 minutes.

6.Add 1 cup coconut milk, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Preparation
