Fried Rice |
Fried rice is a filling and satisfying food. There are many ways of preparation. we can just eat the rice without any accompaniments.

Fried Rice
Preparation time: 30 minutes
1. Cut and chop 15 grams cabbage, 15 grams carrot, 15 grams beans and 10 grams sweet corn. I cut into smaller pieces and shred in the food processor using the S blade to make them into fine pieces. It mixes well with the rice. Microwave on two minutes high. I do this to avoid cooking in oil longer.
2.wash 6 grams beans sprout drain and dry.

2.wash 6 grams beans sprout drain and dry.
3. Wash, clean 40 grams prawn, add salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and leave aside.
4. Beat one egg add salt and pepper and set aside.
5. Heat 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add prawns and fry for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add the vegetables (cabbage, carrot, beans, sweet corn, and bean sprouts). Fry for 10 minutes.
6. In the centre of the pan or wok add the egg slowly and scramble it into small pieces by breaking it with spoon. I will take about 3 minutes.
7. Add 1 cup rice and mix all the items including the 1 tbsp fish sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Add the fried prawns.
