we are familiar with mutton curry made from lamb. Vegetarians cannot have a taste of it. But today modern technology has provided vegetarian lamb made from soy protein, or textured vegetable protein (TVP), in the form of powder or wheat gluten, which has a stretchy texture that can be easier to modify so it resembles the chewiness of meat. So here I am with a vegetarian lamb to make a lamb curry for the vegetarians.

1/4 cup coconut milk
2 table spoon vegetable oil

1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon chili powder

Cut vrgetarian lamb into bite size pieces
Method
Spicy vegetarian lamb curry
with coconut milk
Heat a wok or a pan, add 2 table spoon oil and heat it . Add 2 inches cinnamon, 2 pods cardamom, 5 cloves and 1 dry chili. Fry till you get fragrance. If you like you can add pandan leaves and lemon grass. Add 1 chopped onion   and fry for 10 minutes and add 1 sprig  chopped curry leaves.  Add 1 chopped tomato and fry for 2 minutes.Add chopped 3 cloves  garlic and 10 grams finely cut ginger and  fry for 2 minutes. Add lamb
 and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add 1 table spoon curry powder, 1 tea spoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2  tea spoon chili powder,1 teaspoon biryani powder.  Now add 2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt.  Cover and bring to boil. Once it boils reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Now add 1/4 cup coconut milk and cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Curry is ready. taste for seasoning.

Add curry powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder and biryani powder.

 Now add water and salt.

Cover and bring to boil. Once it boils reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Onions are a very good source of biotin, manganese, vitamin B6, copper, vitamin C, dietary fiber, phosphorus, potassium, folate, and vitamin B1.
Onion is a condiment which we use for curries,stews,salads,and soups. Today I am going to make onion as the main ingredient for my recipe. Raw onion with green chili and yogurt serves as an accompaniment for rice.It will be very nice with plain rice or biryani.

Beef is cooked as curry, stir fried, stew, barbecued. Beef is a red meat. We do not consume often as chicken. Today I want to introduce a simple  spicy soup.

Clean and marinate 160 grams beef with 1 teaspoon chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tea spoon salt  and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Clean and wash 150 grams spinach and cut into small pieces.
Wash,  clean and cut potato into small cubes.


Method
Other ingredients
Heat a wok or a pan and add 2 table spoon oil and  fry chopped 1 onion for 10 minutes on slow fire. Add 1 stalk celery and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add 3 cloves chopped garlic, 20 grams ginger, 1 chopped green chili and chopped 1 sprig curry leaf and fry for 2 minutes.
Add 1 table spoon chili fakes and fry for 2 minutes.
Add 180 grams potato and stir fr for 3 minutes.
Add marinated beef and stir fry till the colour changes.
Add 1 tea spoon sugar,  1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock and 2 cups water. Cover and bring to boil reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or beef is cooked.
Add  1/2 tea spoon pepper and 1/2 tea spoon cumin powders.
Add 1/2 capsicum, 90 grams cherry tomato simmer for 2 minutes.
 Spicy beef soup with spinach.
Add  150 grams spinach and let it cook for 3 minutes.

Taste for seasoning.
