Today I am going to use egg noodles for my dish.Egg noodles are different in taste from  Maggie noodles.

1.Cut the 300 grams chicken breast into bite size pieces. Coat with 1 teaspoon chili powder,  ½ tsp turmeric powder,  ½ tsp salt Keep it aside for 20 minutes,

2.Boil 240 grams noodles in water for three minutes. Drain and set aside.

3.Heat 2 Tbsp oil vegetable in a pan. When it is hot reduce the heat to medium and add 150 grams onion and 30 grans green chili and saute for 5 minutes.

4.Add  4 cloves garlic and  Saute for 2 minutes. 


5.Add crushed 1 Tb spoon crushed chili flakes and stir.

6.Add chicken and saute for 10 minutes. 

7. Add 1 cup chicken stock  Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.

8.  Add 150 grams Bok choy and saute for two minutes.

9. Add 100 grams capsicum and stir.

10. Add the noodles, 1 Tbsp light soy sauce, 1 Tbsp fish sauce and salt  and stir well and cook for 2 minutes.


    Fried egg noodles with chicken and Bok choy is ready.

1 tbsp fish sauce
Marinate for chicken
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp salt

150 grams onion, coarsely chopped
100 grams red capsicum (bell pepper), sliced thin
150 grams bok choy chopped
4 cloves garlic, sliced
30 grams  green chili, cut into small pieces
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup chicken stock

Preparation
Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Coat with chili powder, turmeric powder ans salt. Keep it aside for 20 minutes,

Boil the noodles in water for three minutes. Drain and set aside.

Method
In a large pan or a wok heat the oil. When the oil is hot reduce the heat to medium and add onion and saute for 5 minutes or until it becomes translucent.  Add green chili.

 Add chicken and saute for 10 minutes.

Add chicken stock.  Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

 Add bok choy and saute for two minutes.

Add the noodles, light soy sauce, fish sauce and salt  and stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

That is it. This one dish meal is ready. Serve while it is warm.
